ORCA+ Loyalty Program
Transit loyalty programs usually feel like paperwork, not a reward.
I designed ORCA+, a loyalty system layered onto Seattle's transit card, using research and usability testing to make points and perks feel earned and legible in the moment riders needed them most.

Cashflow
Financial literacy tools are usually either condescending or boring.
I designed Cashflow, a gamified budgeting experience that uses play mechanics to make money management feel approachable instead of punishing.

Xbox / Windows Console UX
Console UX has to work with a controller, not a mouse - and most cross-platform features are not designed with that constraint first.
I design controller-first UX for Xbox's full-screen experience on Windows 11, partnering with the Windows Design team to unify interaction patterns across platforms, then adapting that same system for handheld play on ASUS ROG Ally and ROG Ally X.

ABOUT
I use a human-centered approach in UX and product design to create intuitive, accessible, and memorable experiences. My work is dedicated to building healthy relationships between humans and technology - always with empathy, community, and equity at the forefront.
Leadership Approach
I bring cross-functional teams - design, engineering, research - around a shared, human-centered problem statement, then keep momentum with prototypes over debate.
UX + Product Philosophy
Good design starts with empathy and earns its keep through evidence. I use research and systems thinking to find the right problem before I touch pixels.
Craft + Tooling
Figma for the polish, React Native and TypeScript when I need to prove an interaction actually works, and I've never met a design system I didn't want to make more consistent.
